As some of you know, Paula got me Marley and Me for Christmas because I’m completely obsessed with my dog. After reading it for about a week, I’m finally near the end and I have to admit; it is rather depressing. Marley died, everyone cries, just thinking about what would happen to my own dog when she gets old is enough to send me over the edge. Thankfully, Emma is nearby and I can cuddle with her while reading through the sad parts.
This entire break, I can’t say I’ve been productive. I haven’t gotten the class I needed yet, and I haven’t been studying as much as I thought I would be. However if I’ve done anything successful, this entire winter break, it’s that I’ve done a fantastic job over looking over Emma. It’ll be a sad day when I have to start my Spring term at SJSU. Not only does Emma have to stay home alone for the better part on weekdays but I know that no one will be willing to take her outside for a walk or play ball unless I’m around. That’s all the more reason to come home during the school year; to take care of Emma.
